Rock legends are as immortalized by songs and albums as they are by myth-making images. No one understands this better than Morrison Hotel Gallery, which today proudly announces a landmark partnership with the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. As part of this collaboration, Morrison Hotel Gallery will curate special events and exhibitions honoring Hall of Fame inductees, expanding its dynamic programming.
“I’ve always admired how the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame preserves and elevates the music we celebrate at the Gallery. We’re aligned in purpose,” said Nick Bonomo, COO of Morrison Hotel Gallery. “This partnership opens the door to exciting new exhibitions and deepens our engagement with music culture in a meaningful way. I’m thrilled about what we’ll create together.”
The two culture-defining institutions have thoughtfully canonized the music that has meant so much to so many generations. With an expansive collection of music photography spanning decades and genres, Morrison Hotel Gallery’s vast archive reflects the depth and diversity of the Hall of Fame’s inductees. Many of the iconic images in its collection have anthemically defined the careers of these legendary artists.
The current Rock & Roll Hall of Fame exhibit celebrates the 2025 class of inductees, featuring iconic artists such as Bad Company, Chubby Checker, Joe Cocker, Cyndi Lauper, Outkast, Soundgarden and The White Stripes in the Performer category, along with Salt-N-Pepa and Warren Zevon for Musical Influence, Thom Bell, Nicky Hopkins and Carol Kaye for Musical Excellence, and Lenny Waronker for the Ahmet Ertegun Award. Explore the exhibit here, and visit the official Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees page here for more info on this legendary lineup.
This collaboration offers unique opportunities to celebrate inductees—past, present, and future—through themed exhibitions, special events, and creative programming. It also promises a cross-pollination of ideas that will inspire fresh experiences for music and fine art photography lovers around the world.
