Iron Maiden brought the house down on the last night of the “Legacy Of The Beast World Tour 2022” at Amalie Arena in Tampa.

Bruce Dickinson showed fans why they sell out venues night after night with his amazing voice and theatrics. The visually stunning and changing of the stage for each song was truly amazing and dramatic. The band and Bruce’s energy was contagious throughout the crowd! The over the top performances and Bruce’s many outfit changes had you on the edge of your seat waiting and wanting more.

The flamethrowers strapped to his arms as he sung,”The Flight Of Icarus” was nothing short of amazing as he ran around the stage singing and shooting out fire. This song was the first song released in the United States and was written by Bruce and Adrain Smith. The band consists of Bruce Dickinson on vocals, Steve Harris on bass, Nicko McBrain on drums and “the three amigos” Adrian Smith, Dave Murray and Janick Gers on guitar. They had played songs from their impressive 17 studio albums
After seeing the show, you can understand why Iron Maiden has been around for over 45 years as one of the best Heavy Metal bands of all time and continues to sell out their shows. Founded by bassist Steve Harris in the mid 70’s, Iron Maiden stormed the world with their third album and (first with Bruce Dickinson) The Number Of The Beast in 1982.That decade would yield seven new studio albums, one live album, seven World Tours and the creation of Eddie, which is their most iconic figure.

Fast forward to their last night of the tour, the band played songs from the past and some from the present including “Senjutsu,”which was released on September 3rd, 2021 but it didn’t matter to the hard core fans, they loved them all and sang every word. They played “The Writing On The Wall,” “The Number of the Beast,” “Iron Maiden,” and many more and their first encore was “The Trooper,” “The Clansman,” and “Run to the Hills.” And the final encore they performed, “Aces High” while donning the iconic looking war plane coming down and moving above the band as Bruce belts out the lyrics with his distint and powerful voice, this was definitly a show not soon to be forgotten and if you had happened to miss it.

Bruce mentioned that there will be a tour in 2023 called “The Future Past Tour” that starts in Europe.
