U2 is returning to stadiums in 2027. The band announced Carnaval De Luz Presents: The Greatest Show On Earth on October 15, confirming six shows in Mexico, Brazil and Argentina with Beck supporting.

The tour announcement arrives with a new single, “The Greatest Show On Earth,” and an Anton Corbijn-directed video. The song is part of Carnaval De Luz, the band’s forthcoming studio album, scheduled for November 13.

Where U2’s 2027 stadium tour begins

Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton and Larry Mullen Jr. will open the run at Mexico City’s Estadio GNP Seguros on February 23 and 26. São Paulo’s Estádio MorumBIS follows on March 10 and 12, with Buenos Aires’ Estadio River Plate scheduled for March 23 and 25.

The band’s announcement says additional European and North American dates will follow. No Florida or Detroit concerts were included in this initial announcement, so fans should wait for confirmed local dates rather than assume a stop is scheduled.

New music and ticket information

“The Greatest Show On Earth” was written with Brian Eno. Its accompanying video was filmed in the California desert, adding another visual chapter to the album campaign ahead of the stadium production.

U2’s official ticket page lists subscriber presales beginning October 19. Public on-sale dates vary by market: São Paulo and Buenos Aires are listed for October 22, while Mexico City is listed for October 23. All sale times are local to the concert market.
