Riser House singer-songwriter Meghan Patrick takes viewers on a journey back to her younger days in her latest official music video for “Golden Child”. Directed by longtime friend and collaborator Ford Fairchild, the video traces Meghan’s lifelong friendships—from innocent slumber parties to late-night drinks—ultimately highlighting the unshakable bond that brings them back together in adulthood to support one another after a domestic violence incident. The video premiered on CMT’s Times Square Billboard alongside CMT Music, where Meghan got to experience the milestone moment in person alongside her team.
“Getting to see my video in Times Square was a once in a lifetime moment. While I sat and watched the video, I became really emotional but I just kept thinking about all of the times that I’ve thought about giving up and somehow found the strength to keep going,” shares Patrick. “Getting to sit in that joy and experience that with my team is a moment I’ll never forget, and a strong reminder of why I never gave up.”
