Two of the most iconic figures in the hip-hop genre, Method Man and Redman, will take the stage in Hard Rock Event Center at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa on Thursday, December 18 at 8 p.m.
Tickets starting at $55 will be available Friday, August 1 at 10 a.m. via casino.hardrock.com and Ticketmaster.
Fans can access venue presale tickets beginning Wednesday, July 30 at 10 a.m. through Seminole Hard Rock Tampa’s X, Instagram, or Facebook pages.
Known for their unique chemistry, humorous lyrics, and dynamic performances, Method Man, born Clifford Smith, gained fame as a member of the Wu-Tang Clan, while Redman, born Reginald Noble, is known for his solo career and affiliation with the Def Squad.
The duo has collaborated on several projects, including their joint albums “Blackout!” and “Blackout! 2” which showcased their complementary styles and solidified their status in the rap community. Their friendship and willingness to experiment with various musical styles have made them influential artists in hip-hop culture.
Method Man and Redman have ventured into various projects outside of their music careers. They have both appeared in films and television series, with Method Man starring in shows like “The Wire” and “Power Book II: Ghost,” while Redman has made appearances in films like “How High” and TV shows like “Method & Red.”
Additionally, they have engaged in business ventures, including cannabis-related enterprises. Both artists have also contributed to the world of gaming, with Method Man providing voice work for video games and Redman being involved in various promotional events related to gaming culture.
Method Man also has an athletic clothing line “Tical Athletics” and he will release his first independent album, “Muddy Waters Too,” this coming December.
