Gasparilla Music Festival has released a limited number of Early Bird tickets for the 9th annual festival. The event will take place March 7 – 8, 2020  along the riverwalk in downtown Tampa, FL at Curtis Hixon Park. The lineup will be revealed in the coming weeks. 

In 2019, GMF featured 55 acts across 5 stages in downtown Tampa. Each year the festival offers an eclectic mix of music styles including rock, reggae, R&B, country, hip hop, gospel, bluegrass, electronic and latin. Past performers have included The Avett Brothers, Gary Clark Jr., Flaming Lips, Cage the Elephant, Lukas Nelson and the Promise of Real ,The Roots, Margo Price, Charles Bradley, Jason Isbell, Erykah Badu, Modest Mouse, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Stephen “Ragga” Marley, Talib Kweli, among many other incredible performers. The Gasparilla Music Festival started in 2012 and has gained a reputation as a respected, well-curated festival featuring an exciting mix of performers. A non-profit event, the festival serves as an immersive experience celebrating the best of Tampa culture: its food, music, fashion, art, and, of course, award winning beer. The GMF Foundation works year round to support music education through its Recycled Tunes program which puts instruments into the hands of students who may not otherwise have access to them. The Foundation furthers its mission promoting local musicians through its GMF Productions program at venues throughout the area.
